Website tools and chat

The website uses tools from outside providers. For example, Google Maps provides interactive maps on some pages, and Elfsight provides embedded content widgets.

The AQ website chat assistant answers your questions using replies generated by Anthropic's AI service. You can choose to share contact and project details so we can follow up. The assistant cannot book a call. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep chat messages and any details you provide. Those details are also sent to our LeadConnector / HighLevel customer relationship management system.

Honest reviews

Nothing in these terms threatens or penalizes you for posting an honest review, including a negative review. These terms do not require you to remove an honest review or authorize intimidation, physical threats, disclosure of embarrassing information, baseless legal threats, lawsuits we do not intend to file, or knowingly or recklessly false public accusations to prevent a review or force its removal.

We do not pay for reviews or endorsements or offer incentives for reviews on this website.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. The venue for disputes about these terms is state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

Changes to these terms

We post updates on this page with a new effective date.
